Sensory Workshop 

Learning to taste coffee is a very enjoyable and important adventure, in order to be able to develop good recipes using your favourite method and to identify the sensory quality of the coffees you consume.

The topics covered will be;

- Flavour perception

We all have the full potential to understand the nuances of coffee flavours, we just need to learn to identify them using our sense of smell and tongue.

Understanding the order and development of coffee aromas and flavours.

-Tasting in practice

A blind coffee tasting table to put our sensory skills into practice.
