Coffee roasting is a science that involves several factors in the tireless quest to extract the best beverage from the bean, full of aromas and flavours. We invite you to experience roasting in practice!

During the workshop, you will learn about the most important topics in the science of roasting, such as:

• Green Coffee
  • Understanding the origin and learning to respect the raw material.
  • Getting to know the processes and techniques developed by the producers.
• Thermodynamics
  • Learning about the tools used to generate thermal heat and develop energies that are essential in the roasting phases in the search for good absorption.
• Roasting Phases
  • Physical, chemical, and pyrolysis (first crack) phases.

📚 The workshop includes both theory and practice.
