We invite you to experience roasting in practice! And learn about the most important topics in the science of roasting, such as:

Understanding the origin and learning to respect the raw material; getting to know the processes and techniques developed by the producers.

Learn about the tools used to generate thermal heat and develop energies that are essential in the roasting phases in the search for good absorption.

Physical, chemical and pyrolysis (first crack) phases.
